Our Projects
At InnovateEd Solutions LLC, we live by our motto: Educate, Innovate, Inspire – Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders Today. Every project we lead reflects our belief that education is the foundation for empowerment, and transformation begins when leaders, educators, and communities work together.
Founded by Dr. Shana Burnett, a seasoned educator, author, and visionary leader, InnovateEd Solutions has delivered initiatives that strengthen literacy, expand leadership capacity, and build thriving cultures where growth is possible for all. Our work goes beyond consulting—we design solutions that leave a lasting impact.
